In 1994, N. Sudhakar Reddy received his MSc. from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India), where he worked on the “Studies in the Industrial chemistry”. From 1992 – 1994, Worked as a Production Chemist for Godawari Drugs Ltd., Nanded from July 1994 to December 1995, wherein he involved in the synthesis of Sulpha Methoxazole on commercial scale. During 1996 – 1997, Worked as a Shift Incharge for Konar Organics Ltd. Kazipally, Hyderabad in the Production division wherein he was involved in the synthesis of API intermediates on a commercial scale Ampicillin Tri hydrate, Amoxicillin Tri Hydrate, and 6-amino pencillanic acid

During 1998-1999 he worked as a Shift Incharge for Cosmo Organics (P) Ltd. Nacharam, Hyderabad in the Production division where he was involved in the synthesis of API intermediates on a commercial scale Albendazole, Fenbendzole From January 1999 to April 2000 Worked as a Junior Executive for Ranit Pharma Ltd.,(Aurobindo Pharma), Kazipally, Hyderabad in the Production division wherein he was involved in the synthesis of API intermediates on a commercial scale Asthemazole, Itracanzole, and Pentoxyphilline.

From 2000 to Jun 2001worked as a Shift Incharge for Vikas Chem Drugs Ltd., Barnala, Punjab in the Production division wherein he was involved in the synthesis of API and intermediates on a commercial scale CMIC Chloride and Ibuprofen From 2001 to Jun 2004 worked as a Production Officer for Penam Laboratories Ltd., Daruhera, Haryana in the Production division wherein he was involved in the synthesis of API and intermediates on a commercial scale CMIC Chloride, DI CMIC chloride, Flu CMIC chloride and Di cloxacillin sodium, flu cloxacillin , cloxacillin sodium, Ampicillin Tri hydrate, Amoxicillin Tri Hydrate, and 6-amino pencillanic acid.

From Jun 2004 to March 2013 worked as a Production Manager for Sai Life Sciences Ltd., Hyderabad in the Production division wherein he was involved in the synthesis of API , and intermediates .he has handled many custom synthesis projects on a small scale to commercial scale Strontium ranelate, Tiotropium bromide etc,,

Currently working as Assistant General Manager from April 2013 at Sapala Organics Private Limited, maintain good production control to achieve production targets ensuring maximum output of the finished goods, maximum recovery of solvents used, ensuring product quality, better utilization of manpower, cost reduction by improving recoveries etc. Handling the custom synthesis projects, from R&D to Processlab on kilo scale to commercial scale .
