Dr. Sachin Ingale

In 2013, Dr. Sachin Asaram Ingale received his Ph.D. in Bioorganic Chemistry from Osnabrueck University, Osnabrueck, Germany, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Frank Seela where he worked on the synthesis of modified nucleosides and their incorporation in DNA and click chemistry. From 2013 – 2018, his post-doctoral research on the synthesis of modified nucleoside for parallel stranded DNA and metal mediated base pairing was carried out at Osnabrueck University, Osnabrueck, Germany, with Professor Dr. Frank Seela.

From 2006 – 2008, before his PhD he worked as a project assistant at National Chemical Laboratory, Pune, under the supervision Dr. K. V. Srinivasan where he worked on ionic liquid mediated synthesis of different heterocyclic compounds. After his post-doctoral research, in 2018 he joined as a Senior Scientific Officer at Sapala organics Pvt. Ltd. Hyderabad. He has been actively involving in design and synthesis of monophosphate, diphosphate and triphosphate of modified and natural nucleosides. He had experience in executing various projects like Full time equivalent (FTE), and Purchase Order (PO). Dr. Sachin Ingale have authored/co-authored 26 scientific publications in leading journals.
