Mrs. Lakshmi is highly qualified with professional credentials in Commerce and Law, plus 16+ years of international experience working with Aisin Cosmos R&D Co., Ltd. (Toyota group of companies). Following the Kaizen principles under Japanese management, she heads the Finance and Accounts, HR, Administration and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

She’s also responsible for making sure information flows smoothly within the company to keep business running at its peak – setting schedules and deadlines accordingly. Plus, she’ll be handling both the internal customer care division and the analytical service business.
