Mr Himanshu Agarwal is appointed as Non-Executive Director of Sapala Organics Private Limited. He is also Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer of the holding company, Cohance Lifesciences Limited. He brings more than 29 years of professional experience, having held senior roles at ICI India, AstraZeneca Pharma, Akzo Nobel India, Huhtamaki Oyj, and Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. Himanshu’s deep expertise spans finance, M&A, investor relations, business strategy, and technology enablement across sectors including pharmaceuticals, packaging, media, chemicals, and coatings.

A rank-holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Cost and Management Accountant, Himanshu has led numerous strategic initiatives including finance transformation, profit turnaround, value chain optimization, and M&A integrations. He has also enabled enterprise-wide technology adoption—from ERP systems to BOTs—and was awarded ‘Best CFO’ by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
